Arden
suspensions for the JAGUAR XK8 and XKR models are developed
specifically for these cars and are tested extensively under
extreme conditions on the racetrack and in everyday traffic.
Arden sport suspensions, developed in cooperation with
BILSTEIN, offer a sporty yet comfortable ride.
Installation of an Arden suspension kit lowers the vehicle
by about 25 millimeters.

Arden exhaust systems create a more powerful sound without
being loud.
A lower back exhaust pressure optimizes power output.
All Arden exhausts systems comply with current EU noise and
emission limits and come with the appropriate technical certificate
from the German Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV).

That same know-how goes into all Arden high-performance
engines.
The Arden engine development department has created
powerful and roadworthy performance tunings for the 4.0 Liter V8
engines of the JAGUAR XK8 and XKR models.
- Arden AJ 8 S4 Performance
Tuning for XK8
Power increase of approx. 20 hp / 15 kW and torque increase of
about 10 percent through
modifications to engine management, fuel pressure and of Arden
high-performance catalysts.
Deactivation of standard maximum speed limiter. Includes
Installation of the Arden
high-performance exhaust system is recommended.
The Arden AJ 8 S4 Performance Tuning complies with D3
emission limits
- Arden AJ 8 S5 Performance
Tuning for XKR
Power increase of approx. 25 hp / 18 kW and torque increase of
about 10 percent through
modifications to engine management, fuel and boost pressure,
and of Arden high-performance catalysts.
Deactivation of standard maximum speed limiter.

Tuning for XKR
Power increase approx. 60 hp / 44 kW and torque increase by
about 20 percent through
modifications to engine management, fuel and boost pressure,
and of Arden high-performance catalysts.

Arden offers
even more XK8 or XKR driving fun with its drive train
modifications.
A steering-wheel shifter with push buttons like in Formula 1 not
only guarantees comfortable shifting of the five gears of the
automatic transmission.
It also allows the hands to remain on the steering wheel at all
times, thus increasing driving safety.
By special request only Arden equips convertible or coupe
with a six-speed manual transmission with a high-performance
sintered-metal clutch.
